Track and monitor samples through multiple testing areas.
Track instrument performance, variation of values on certified materials.
Track customer activity.
Track sample turn around times.
Track standards and their values used in calibration.
Monitor operator qualifications.
Re-qualify operators automatically with standard reference materials.
Only qualified operators will have access to screen.
Operator performance can be checked through sample progression at workstations, giving a clear view of productivity.
Operator cannot overide analysis unless qualified to do so.
Qualified operators will have user name and passwords.
Track production materials to batches or products in which they are used
Allows full investigation of unsatisfactory materials.
Track the progress of a specific sample as it is being analyzed.
Contaminated materials can be quickly identified and traced.
Instrumentation in all testing departments can be monitored for calibration and maintenance.
Track the progress of a specific sample as it is being analyzed.
Import/Export from most databases.
Operators will be notified of maintenance/calibration requirements.
The software will check for operators' qualification to do the scheduled calibration and/or maintenance.
A full history of scheduled maintenance performed per operator will be recorded.
The software is capable of reporting calculated test values.(CaF2, Ferrite, Electron Vacancy, etc...)
Conversion of units and time/date formats are as easy as point and click.
Specific calculations can be added as per customer requirement.
Information control and oversight is maintained through multilevel security on forms.
Data is collected from all testing areas once a qualified individual releases it from that department.
The collected data is then compiled for review and can be checked for compliance against all specifications and order requirements.
If the material fails any parameter it will be flagged.
Only qualified personnel can perform final review, override failures and release sample reports.
In depth SOP's can be maintained in our system.
SOP's give the operator at each workstation the ability to see all steps in the required procedure.
The Operator can view but not change the SOP's. The complete written procedure is available as a written document.
Automatically routes for best test method for each sample type.
Routing allows the logged sample to be scheduled for all tests required for the material (RTT, HTT, Ca, etc...) either by the method you select or automatically selected by the hierarchy.
The hierarchy option allows selection of the preferred methods for all testing of materials.
Materials flagged as failing test requirements will automatically be rescheduled and rerun either by a referee method or another method in the hierarchy.
All data collected for the tested parameters can be checked to ensure compliance of product requirements, customer specifications and order requirements.
Once compliance is checked, the material can be either released or held for further testing, customer acceptance or full compliance with specifications.
Information from multiple testing departments can be compiled into a final report, certificate of analysis, or other test report as required by you or your customer.
